Made some mugs to, still working on those handles! I'm having more difficulties with that than I thought I would. Good to know there's so much more to learn!

Those look great, love the second jar and the second cup and great slip work.
If you will go to Brandon Phillips blog Support your local potter, he has a great demo in there somewhere on making handles, he did it for me because I was having so much trouble and it is really helpful. You may have to do a bit of searching for it, but it's really good! I hate making handles and have reverted to making cups without them!
I love the sideways pics of the Buddha box... something wabi sabi, almost fraught with meaning, about it.

Theresa, don't you just love wabi sabi! I do.... but it's something you can't aim for, is it... it just happens. :-)
Now a glaze for these boxes. I would like a 'stoney-earthy-rock' look. We'll see if I can do that.
I like the boxes too!..yes, lids can be a challenge...keep trying :)..
